Tier II Helpdesk Technician

This role provides Tier 2 network and systems support to school LAN Managers across a seven-county region, both deskside and remotely. Responsibilities include processing helpdesk tickets to ensure accountability, communication, and billing; performing end-user device and network troubleshooting and upgrades; and assisting with the development of network operations procedures. The position also supports network backup and disaster recovery efforts, contributes to technology project planning and implementation, and helps administer cybersecurity best practices.

Paraprofessional

ESU 7 has an immediate opening for a paraprofessional. This is a 30 hr/week position. Applicants will be working with students with disabilities ranging from cognitive to behavioral. Job requirements: High school diploma, effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with a team in a fast paced work environment. 

Substitute Paraprofessional

ESU 7 has an ongoing need for a Substitute Paraprofessional. This will be an on-call and as needed position. This position is typically for a 6-hour workday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and it pays $20 per hour. Applicants will be working with students with disabilities ranging from cognitive to behavioral. Job requirements: High school diploma, effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with a team in a fast-paced work environment.
