DETAILS + APPLICATIONEducational Service Unit 7 is currently accepting applications for the position of Receptionist/
Administrative Secretary. This key role serves as the welcoming face and voice of ESU 7,
responsible for greeting visitors, assessing their needs, and directing them to the appropriate
department. Additional responsibilities include managing multi-line telephone calls, taking
messages, and effectively communicating with individuals both inside and outside the
organization.Speech Language Pathologist (School Age)
DETAILS + APPLICATIONESU 7 has an opening for a full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025-2026 school year. Duties include providing services to our school districts as well as collaborating with classroom teachers, parents, and administrators. The applicant will work with school-age students. Resource/Behavior Teacher (Learning Academy)
DETAILS + APPLICATIONEducational Service Unit 7 is accepting applications for a full-time Resource Teacher for our Learning Academy for the 2025-2026 school year due to program expansion.
Applicants will be working with students with disabilities and potential behaviors/mental health.
Learning Academy is a level 3 behavior program for students with disabilities ages 5 - 21
Ability to work with a variety of districts, departments, teachers, parents and children. Demonstrate ability to plan, direct, implement and evaluate successful learning environments.
Substitute Resource Teacher (Bridges Program)
DETAILS + APPLICATIONEducational Service Unit 7 has an immediate opening for a Substitute Teacher for the remainder of the year. Applicants will be working with elementary students with autism and complex learning.
This is a specialized program that has a high adult to student ratio.
Duties include: Ability to work with a variety of districts, departments, teachers, parents and children. Demonstrate ability to plan, direct, implement and evaluate successful learning environments.
Job requirements: High school diploma, teaching certificate (or local substitute certification) effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with a team in a fast-paced work environment.

School Psychologist
DETAILS + APPLICATIONEducational Service Unit 7 is accepting applications for a full-time School Psychologist for the 2025-2026 school year. Service area is within 45 miles of Columbus, NE. Duties include: evaluation of cognitive/academic functioning, collaboration/consultation on Student Assistance and Response to Intervention teams, classroom observations, and help in designing strategies/interventions for all students.
Substitute Paraprofessional
DETAILS + APPLICATIONESU 7 has an ongoing need for a Substitute Paraprofessional. This will be an on-call and as needed position. This position is typically for a 6-hour workday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and it pays $20 per hour. Applicants will be working with students with disabilities ranging from cognitive to behavioral. Job requirements: High school diploma, effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with a team in a fast-paced work environment.
Paraprofessional
DETAILS + APPLICATIONESU 7 has an immediate opening for a paraprofessional. This is a 30 hr/week position. Applicants will be working with students with disabilities ranging from cognitive to behavioral.
